1. During each visit, the successful bidder will verify water chemistry and compare against facility logs and controllers. a. If there is a discrepancy between the three readings, a second reading will be taken on both the owner and servicers tes�ng equipment. If there is s�ll a discrepancy, a water sample will be taken to a 3rd party to determine the proper reading. b. If needed, sensors will be re-calibrated. 2. Site visits shall include verifying all equipment is in proper working order and in good repair. 3. Equipment to be checked includes valves, gauges, pumps, motors, nozzles, chemical feeders, controllers, filters, UV system, and pool heater. (equipment list on subsequent pages) 4. Visits should also include the cleaning of probes, injectors, and chlorinator and assessing the auto-fill systems.
