• Follow district specifications – Exhibit A. • Follow manufacture Specifications – Exhibit B. • Verify square footage and work areas prior to notice to proceed. • Supply the district with material and color samples, prior to award. • Produce project maps outlining areas for replacement, areas that are not being replaced, laydown/storage area, garbage bin area, etc., prior to notice to proceed. • Work with the district to produce a project schedule, prior to mobilization. • Moving and storing any and all furniture, boxes, supplies, etc. prior to start of demo and replacing all items back in their original location after installation is complete. • Demo and legally dispose of any and all cove base, flooring, and construction waste. • Any and all subfloor preparations as expressed in exhibit A & B (subfloor). • Purchase and install, (to manufacture specifications) new flooring material, equal too or greater than “Tarkett’s Event Collection” LVP (Luxury Vinyl Plank). * LVP material must have a wear thickness equal too or greater than 30 mil (0.76) *. • Purchase and use flooring adhesive equal too or greater than “Tarkett 959HM (High Moisture) adhesive”. • Purchase and install new 4” or 6” black cove base in any and all areas where cove base was removed and under and around all built in cabinets and furniture. • Purchase and install new reducers, transitions, and thresholds as needed for transitions, grade changes and door openings. • Notify district at point of substantial completion and assist in scheduling a punch walk prior to replacing furniture. • Final cleaning and punch walk of new flooring after furniture is moved back in.
