1. Program Plan Development and Support a. Initial Development: Develop permit-ready, code and ORSC R327 compliant, Program Plan designs that meet HARP Construction Standards. See Exhibit H – HARP Construction Standards in the Attachment A Sample Contract. b. Floor plans to include two (2) elevation options per plan size. Proposer will develop the following floor plan sizes: c. Develop one initial 1,500 square foot plan set followed by 10 plan sets as listed in table above. d. Provide renderings of each floor plan elevation. e. Program Plans may be used in other State programs and will be made available for use by other State and local agencies, programs, and residents. f. Proposer shall complete tasks as referenced in Section 2.2 - Phase 2 SiteSpecific Investigation and Design Deliverables as found in the Exhibit A – Statement of Work in the Attachment A – Sample Contract. 2. Geotechnical & Site Assessment a. Soil testing, permit review and records research for site-specific engineering and design to inform recommendations in geotechnical report. b. Complete and provide any recommendations, designs, drawings, and reports for Agency, regulatory agencies, and jurisdictions, as needed. c. Proposer shall complete this task as referenced in Section 2.2 - Phase 2 SiteSpecific Investigation and Design Deliverables as found in the Exhibit A – Statement of Work in the Attachment A – Sample Contract. 3. Septic a. Test and/or inspect existing septic systems b. Scope and design septic systems for single family homes c. Complete and provide any recommendations, designs, drawings, and reports for Agency, regulatory agencies, and jurisdictions, as needed. d. Proposer shall complete this task as referenced in Section 2.2 - Phase 2 SiteSpecific Investigation and Design Deliverables as found in the Exhibit A – Statement of Work in the Attachment A – Sample Contract. 4. Jurisdictional Waters and Wetlands Delineation a. Marking Project sites to delineate boundaries, and provide any accompanying recommendations, designs, drawings, and reports for Agency, regulatory agencies, and jurisdictions, as needed. b. Proposer shall complete this task as referenced in Section 2.2 - Phase 2 SiteSpecific Investigation and Design Deliverables as found in the Exhibit A – Statement of Work in the Attachment A – Sample Contract. 5. Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessment a. Determine potential threats to environment or human health, and provide any accompanying recommendations, designs, drawings, and reports for Agency, regulatory agencies, and jurisdictions, as needed. b. Proposer shall complete this task as referenced in Section 2.2 - Phase 2 SiteSpecific Investigation and Design Deliverables as found in the Exhibit A – Statement of Work in the Attachment A – Sample Contract.
