The term of this Contract is expected to be two years, with a possible two-year extension, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the City’s contractual policies. The City may, in its sole discretion, extend the Contract(s) for additional time and money, prior to the expiration of the term of the Contract. Work contemplated to be performed under this contract is as follows: Remove and replace defective HMA surfaces and patches Installation of emulsified asphalt sealant Remove and replace cement concrete sidewalk Remove and replace cement concrete curb ramp Remove and replace cement concrete curb and gutter Remove and replace cement concrete extruded curb Remove and replace cement concrete driveway approach Asphalt parking lot and paved trail repair Adjust/replace manhole ring and covers, catch basin frame and grate, water valve boxes Property restoration and miscellaneous work including traffic markings Traffic control and related services
