ursuant to provisions of A.R.S § 41-2501 and administrative rules and regulations (the “Arizona Procurement Code”), the ASRS is seeking to establish one or more contracts to provide Group Dental Services. As such, the ASRS requests Offers from interested and qualified plan administrators to provide the services as described in the Solicitation documents. The ASRS plan year for dental benefits is January 1 through December 31. The anticipated implementation date for Services and plans under the resulting Contract(s) is January 1, 2026, with preparation and supporting services beginning in 2025. Currently the ASRS offers fully insured prepaid and indemnity/PPO plans. However, the ASRS may utilize a self-insured plan with an Administrative Service Only (ASO) model during the term of this Contract. Enrollment in the ASRS Plans is voluntary. The ASRS strives to choose a model that aligns with ASRS’s strategic priorities and goals of being cost competitive, accessible, and efficient while providing strong customer service to eligible Participants.
