The intent of the RFP is to solicit bids for an updated Camera System for Shelby County Government Information Technology Services Division involving updated Camera Servers for East and West campuses. The Respondent, herein after known as “Respondent” or “Contractor”, shall provide turnkey Exacqvision system and user training to County personnel that operate the updated Exacqvision system. This project will establish six camera servers, three in the West Data Center at 160 N. Main and three in the East Data Center at 6470 Haley Rd. The existing cameras in the county environment will need to be migrated from their locations to the new servers. The user data must be migrated from their current locations to the new servers. The Respondent will also provide four camera options to pursue in the future. The Respondent will also provide storage options for two storage devices to allow camera footage reclamation of a period of 90 days. The Respondent shall include in their proposal an option to service the work they have quoted the County for. Any additional cost or factors to meet a specification or requirement must be noted in the Exceptions section. We intend that a single vendor accomplish this work.
