DPR Construction (“General Contractor”) is soliciting proposals from qualified Subcontrac-tors ( “Subcontractor”) for the Potrero Power Station Block 2: Bid Package 3 MEPF, Elevator & Waterproofing. c. BACKGROUND: The project includes an 8-story building over 3-story basement. The project incorporates 4 components: 1) Proton therapy center (occupying most of the Basement) 2) 8 story Core and warm shell building 3) Tenant improvement for UCSF clinical floors (2-5) 4) Future life-science incubator floor TI on top 3 floors and symposium space on level 1 The project is generally bound by Craig Lane to the north, the Maryland Street to the east, and Louisiana Street to the west. This proposal would be for the MEPF, Elevator and Water-proofing trades.
