The work includes the replacement of Lyman Lift Station with a new adjacent lift station, some potable storage tank improvements, and restroom renovations for the six (6) onsite restroom facilities with the addition of one CXT pre-fabricated restroom. The work is separated into a base bid and additive alternates. The base bid items shall include: The new lift station, including a new gravity sewer and force main, a new packaged wet well and submersible pumps with piping and appurtenances, a new valve vault and associated piping, and new electrical and instrumentation systems. The existing lift station will be decommissioned, demolished and removed. From the design plans, this corresponds to sheets D2.0-D4.0, M2.0-M5.0, E1.4 and E1.6.
