Duties and Responsibilities. The Zoning Board of Adjustment Planner shall perform such duties as are prescribed by general law and local ordinance. In addition, subject to the approval of the Zoning Board of Adjustments, the Zoning Board of Adjustment Planner shall: a. Provide planning services related to zoning board application review, zoning board procedures and other projects generally handled by the zoning board b. Prepare annual report that the Zoning Board is obligated to complete c. Coordinate all efforts with the appropriate official of the administration to effectuate the intent and objectives of the Municipal Land Use Law (N.J.S.A. 40:55D-1 et seq.), d. Provide general advice as directed by the Zoning Board of Adjustments. e. Attend all meetings of the Zoning Board of Adjustments upon request of the Zoning Board of Adjustments
