Restroom 1 (central area of Park) o Remove and repair any rotted woodwork from gable; prepare and install decorative trim work and vinyl inlay; paint all trim and soffits to match decorative vinyl. o Remove existing roof shingles, repair any rotted wood and install new roofing materials o Remove and install new gutter downspouts. Restroom 2 (Park Avenue) o Prepare and repair existing exterior; prepare and install vinyl siding (to match existing siding on Press Boxes) until gable; remove and repair any rotted woodwork from gable; prepare and install decorative trim work and vinyl inlay; paint all trim and soffits to match vinyl. o Remove existing roof shingles, repair any rotted wood and install new roofing materials o Install two (2) exterior lights, one above each restroom entrance. Old Concession Stand (specs: 38’ x 16’1”) o Remove and repair any rotted woodwork. o Frame in existing windows. o Prepare and install vinyl siding (to match existing siding on Press Boxes). o Prepare and paint all exterior vents and piping. o Remove existing doors and framework and install three (3) commercial grade fiberglass or aluminum exterior doors including all hardware to secure and hang doors. Electrical Building (specs: 21’4” x 19”4’) o Remove and repair any rotted woodwork from soffit and surrounding area; paint all trim and soffits to match vinyl siding o Prepare and install vinyl siding (to match existing siding on Press Boxes). o Prepare and paint all exterior vents and piping o Replace existing exterior light fixtures o Remove existing door and framework and install one (1) commercial grade fiberglass or aluminum exterior door including all hardware to secure and hang door. o Remove existing roof shingles, repair any rotted wood and install new roofing materials Six (6) Pavilions o Remove and repair any rotted woodwork and paint all trim to match existing o Remove existing roof shingles, repair any rotted wood and install new roofing materials
