UConn Health (UCH) will be fitting out approximately 1,400 square feet on the first floor of the Outpatient Pavilion located at 135 Dowling Way, Farmington, CT. The renovation includes modifications to and existing equipment control room, fit out of an existing shelled vault and new equipment installation in that vault. The spaces will receive layout modifications, new finishes, millwork, imaging equipment and modified MEPs. Removal of old equipment in a nearby vault will also be required. Vaults are on grade and the space above is rooftop. The Radiation Oncology patient care areas adjacent to the construction area will be occupied during construction. All hospital standard ICRA/life safety and safety protocols will be enforced.
