The City, acting through its Department of Public Works (Department or Public Works), is requesting SOQs from experienced Firms to provide engineering field and laboratory services on a pre-qualified, on-call basis relative to Construction Materials Testing, Hazardous Materials Testing, and Inspection Services. Responses must conform to the requirements of this SOQ. Firms can choose to propose under one or multiple program categories based on their qualifications. The various work performed by the Firms shall be executed by, or, where appropriate, under the direction of, personnel possessing the appropriate State of California professional licenses, accreditation, and other certifications required or desirable for the various disciplines necessary and in alignment with appropriate methods, procedures, codes, regulations, standards, and programs for the successful completion of the project
