The County of Cumberland is hereby soliciting proposals from qualified vendors for the provision of services to individuals and families who are homeless or at-risk of becoming homeless. These services are to be funded from and in accordance with rules and regulations established by the Department of Human Services, Division of Family Development. Annual awards are contingent upon receipt of Federal and State funding for the programs listed. The Division of Family Development has mandated that any agency which receives Social Services for the Homeless funding in 2025 is required to participate in the statewide Homeless Management Information System. Proposals are being requested for the provision of the following services: • County Homeless Shelter Provider • County Hotel/Motel Provider • Prevention with Case Management (Security Deposit, Utilities, Rent, Mortgage)
