- Construct a fuel point with two (2) fuel pumps, each having two (2) nozzles capable of simultaneous use. - The area not to include the concrete area around the fuel point shall be covered to a suitable thickness for frequent vehicle traffic in ABC stone. - Shelter the pumps under a canopy. The area immediately under the canopy adjoining the fuel pumps shall be concrete. The canopy shall be 18’ in height, and 30’X30’. - A concrete slab shall be constructed in the area immediately under the canopy of 30’x30’. - The canopy shall be have lighting to adequately light the fuel service point, and provide conduit for camera installation. - Install backup power capable of powering 35% over the needed electrical supply. - Ensure the site contains tanks to hold 93 (Premium) gasoline (minimum 6,500 gallons) and Highway Diesel (minimum 1,500 gallons).
