The purpose of this request for proposal is to solicit responses from vendors who provide comprehensive Graduate Data Management Systems and Services that provide a seamless and professional experience for graduation ceremonies for the University of North Carolina at Wilmington (“UNCW”). Currently, the University does not have an agreement in place for these services, but the University most recently used the vendor MarchingOrder. Each fall, UNCW has about 2500 eligible graduates, but typically have about 1500 participants. In the spring semester, UNCW has about 3000 eligible graduates, but typically have about 2500 participants. UNCW needs all eligible graduates (~5500 annually) to have their names recorded and the backup card/label created for them. UNCW only needs the primary cards printed for the graduates who RSVP (Yes), which historically has been approximately 4,000 annually. The goal is to have the graduate data management system available by September 1, 2025 for the Fall 2025 commencement.
