nstallation of two EV chargers to service four new parking spaces allocated for electric vehicles.Three of the parking spaces will be standard spaces, the fourth will be an ADA van accessiblespace. An additional standard ADA space is included in the project brining the total to fiveparking spaces. The parking spaces will be asphalt paved and stripped. Power for the chargerswill be pulled from the facility, this will require trenching or boring to bring the power from thebuilding to the parking area. Included with the project is the following: Parking signage, concretewheel stops, and concrete filled steel pipe bollards to protect the EV chargers.Bids will be received for a single prime contract. All proposals shall be lump sum.
