Hoke County is requesting services from a firm with experience in designing and constructing governmental facilities, particularly those similar in kind and type to a commercial kitchen and dining hall. Commercial Kitchen/Dining Facility • At least (3) offices to be used for staff conducting administrative and programmatic duties related to the shelter. (1) office shall be sized at approximately between 130-140 square feet and the others at between 110 to 120 square feet. • Walk-in freezer unit approximately 100 square feet. • Backup generator capable of powering the facility for 48 hours without fuel resupply. • The kitchen layout will be accepted by Hoke County before the build, shall include fryers, griddles, kettles, warmers, oven, stove, etc.
