5.3.2.1. Main Meeting/Dining Room and Kitchen 5.3.2.1.1. Sweep and mop entire floor. The main floor should be machine buffed and polished at least quarterly or as necessary due to heavy use. 5.3.2.1.2. Wipe down all baseboards, doors, and casings a minimum of twice a year, October & April). 5.3.2.1.3. Clean inside and outside of all glass doors and windows (including front doors and all doors/windows leading to enclosed porch). This includes door frames bi-weekly. 5.3.2.1.4. Disinfect sink and all countertops (and wipe down cabinets if needed). 5.3.2.1.5. Clean/Wipe out refrigerator if needed. Clean the tops of all refrigerators and freezers 5.3.2.1.6. Clean all ceiling fans (minimum quarterly). 5.3.2.1.7. Remove all dust and cobwebs from ceiling of all areas (minimum first cleaning of the month). 5.3.2.1.8. Clean all sliding door tracks. (October & April). 5.3.2.1.9. Clean all stainless-steel surfaces in the kitchen including vent hood and behind stoves. 5.3.2.1.10. Clean all switch plates. 5.3.2.1.11. Clean and disinfect the drinking fountain weekly. 5.3.2.1.12. Clean ceiling light lenses minimum once per year (September). 5.3.2.2. Restrooms - Two Inside and Two Outside (Total 4 Restrooms). 5.3.2.2.1. Sweep and mop entire floor. (weekly) 5.3.2.2.2. Wipe down all baseboards, doors, partitions, light switches & doorknobs (weekly). 5.3.2.2.3. Disinfect all sinks, countertops & toilets. (weekly). 5.3.2.2.4. Clean all mirrors & chrome handles. (weekly). 5.3.2.2.5. Replenish paper towels, toilet tissue and liquid soap. (weekly). 5.3.2.3. Enclosed Porch Area 5.3.2.3.1. Sweep and mop floor. 5.3.2.3.2. Clean all dust and cobwebs from ceiling and corners. 5.3.2.3.3. Dust ceiling fans (minimum quarterly). 5.3.2.4. General Cleaning 5.3.2.4.1. Dust (3) A/C return grates (once per month). 5.3.2.4.2. Dust A/C vents minimum once per year (September). 5.3.2.4.3. Replace A/C Filters (quarterly). 5.3.2.4.4. Sweep and mop the main storage room minimum once per year (September). 5.3.2.5. Schedule: 5.3.2.5.1. Once a week cleaning. 5.3.2.5.2. Optimum cleaning day and time - Monday’s between 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Scheduling accommodations may need to be made if an event is scheduled.
