Provide the proper dust barriers and floor protection for all spaces the work will be provided. ● Removal and replacement of all existing master controllers, sub-controllers and devices for all RTU’s, fan coil units, boilers, hot water pumps, dampers, and VAV boxes associated with the current system. ● System must have the capability to run in conjunction with the existing system should the project be completed in phases. ● Replacement controllers and devices must be devices that have the ability to communicate with all existing manufacturer’s equipment, and devices within the building. ● The new BAC system must be designed in a way for future expansion as equipment is replaced, added, or upgraded. ● Provide all necessary training and support to Regional School District #16 for a minimum period of one (1) year. ● Clean work area and remove all debris, materials, tools, and equipment from site at project completion
