2. Responsibilities i. Contractor’s Responsibilities –The Contractor shall furnish the following items and services as described in this RFP: • All equipment for collection and transport of household hazardous waste for the event. • All containers for storage of household hazardous waste collection for the event. • Proper disposal of all the collected items at a licensed TSDF. Proof of Record of Disposal or Certificate of Disposal. • Staffing to facilitate the household hazardous waste collection event. • A cost proposal for acceptable materials to be collected. • After the collection event, the contractor will provide a detailed summary of all waste received and collected at the event, including cost per material category.
