- Renovation and addition to the existing Fleet Maintenance building. Addition includes an additional maintenance bay, wash bay, oil storage, and air compressor room. Renovation includes addition of an ADA compliant toilet room with shower and upgrading a toilet room to be ADA compliant. Adding drinking fountain, replacing first floor breakroom casework, and adding break area with sink at second floor. Contractor will also coordinate foundation stabilization work performed by an independent contractor (Ram Jack). Reference RamJack scope of work and contact information in Appendix A at back of this specification. Stabilization work is to take place during the renovation of the Fleet Building. Stabilization work will require GC to remove and replace floor finish on the first floor and remove and replace concrete sidewalk along the two entrances into the Fleet Building lobby as indicated on the contract drawings. The cost for stabilization is covered in the allowances. - Addition of two (2) unconditioned metal Addition of a metal building consisting of covered parking, tire storage, and an enclosed and condition work and storage area. (Building C) - Addition of a storge building and loading dock with storage bins for salt, gravel, sand, and dirt with an enclosed unconditioned salt pallet storage area. (Building D) - Addition of a wood framed picnic shelter. - Relocation of existing evidence shed on to a new slab on grade.
