A. Scope of demolition and removal work is shown on drawings. B. Scope of alterations work is indicated on drawings. C. The purpose of the project is to replace the existing boilers in the Nursing Building with two new condensing boilers. D. Existing heating water pumps and corresponding starters will be replaced with new pumps and variable frequency drives. E. Alter the existing BMS to support heating water system upgrades and new sequence of operations. F. The existing equipment, piping, and flues associated the existing systems shall be removed. G. Perform electrical work in support of demolition of existing HVAC and installation of new HVAC systems. H. Protect existing floors, finishes and building during the HVAC upgrades. I. Make other improvements as noted on the Drawings.
