The Work to be completed shall consist of furnishing all equipment and materials and to perform all labor necessary to modify the existing WWTP as shown on the Drawings and as described in these Specifications. The Work will include the full replacement of the raw sewage influent pumping station, upgrade/retrofit of the emergency pumping station, replacing emergency power back-up generator, installing new headworks unit with screen and grit removal systems,rehabilitating existing clarifiers and the aerobic sludge digester. Work also includes earthwork, yard piping, valves, mechanical, electrical, process instrumentation, painting/coatings, soil erosion and sediment control, NPDES stormwater monitoring and compliance, mobilization/demobilization, bonds, insurance, and all appurtenances necessary for the completion of the Work as shown on the Drawings and as specified in the Contract Documents.
