• Supplying high-quality merchandise (e.g., golf balls, clubs, bags, apparel, shoes, hats) at reasonable prices, tailored to meet the needs of Madison golf course customers, and maximizing revenue for the golf shop concessionaire. Ensuring all merchandise complies with Madison General Ordinance 4.25, Sweat Free Procurement of Items of Apparel (see Appendix A, Section 30). • Providing display cases, fixtures, and other merchandising equipment. • Appointing a contract manager to work closely with the City’s designee to ensure efficient execution of the agreement. • Consulting with the City’s golf course supervisor on the type, quantity, pricing, and display of merchandise. • Managing inventory, including stocking and restocking as needed to maintain optimal levels for sales. • Maintaining appropriate insurance and indemnification as outlined in Attachment A and Appendix B. • Granting the City provisional rights for promotional branding and advertising of City of Madison Parks merchandise. • To schedule a site visit, contact Kenneth Allen (Section 1.10).
