The general scope includes, but not limited to: the general remodeling – renovation of the City of Laredo World Trade Bridge Administration Building to include but not limited to: project allowances per project manual - specifications, selective demolition of interior 1st and 2nd level non-bearing drywalls, suspended ceilings, porcelain flooring, wall base, hollow metal doors, frames, security window units, security stations, access control hardware, HVAC air handlers, compressors, and system components, lighting, power, fire alarm, security, CCTV system, general plumbing rough in and fixtures, and selective demolition of exterior / perimeter walls, aluminum windows, stone veneer / plaster to address wall waterproofing with new site parking and driveway asphaltic sealant, parking space striping, HC symbols, flatwork, fence / gates modifications, metal canopies, concrete flatwork, new / replacement flag stone veneer, masonry accessories, metal stud framing, galv. steel metal decking, misc. steel angles, and fabrications, rough carpentry, finish carpentry, millwork, custom solid counter tops and bases, standing seam roofing system, roof deck insulation, wall and decking elastomeric waterproofing membrane, metal flashings, prefinished gutters, downspouts, hollow metal door frames, doors, aluminum windows, security windows and glazing, security counter trays, new porcelain tile/base per allowances, 3 coats traditional plaster, traditional and metal panel suspended ceilings, metal wall panels, interior and exterior paint work, interior signage, new metal plaque, black out shades, metal storage shelving with mechanical, electrical, plumbing modifications / improvements as per the plans and specifications prepared by Sepulveda Associates Architects, Inc. and respective professional services consultants dated October 11, 2024.
