Interior renovation on the third floor (4,470 gsf) and fourth floor (5,600) in an existing 4-story building. The renovation shall be constructed of materials that include but are not limited to the following: The interior renovation shall consist of selective demolition, construction of new gypsum board and metal stud partitions, doors, frames, hardware, rough and finish carpentry, laminate-clad cabinets, wood veneer clad cabinets, solid surface countertops, resilient, resinous, and carpet flooring, acoustical panel suspended ceilings, tiling, painting. Kitchenette in place of break room. Accessories shall consist of visual display units, signage, toilet, and bath accessories. Equipment and Furnishings shall consist of kitchen appliances, and roller shades. Wood horizontal blinds and wood veneer wallcovering. Audio/visual displays and associated devices. Access control upgrades and hardware. The project includes partial replacement of all plastic pipe with new steel pipe sprinkler system distribution and new heads throughout; new toilet room, sink; replacement of HVAC system from the VAV boxes to and from all diffusers, registers, and grilles; all new electrical power distribution, lighting, fire alarm and technology infrastructure, within the scope of work on each of the two floors. Renovation of the basement level includes CMU secure storage room.
