It is the intent of the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff to enter into a contractual agreement with multiple qualified vendors to provide on-call (as needed) professional pressure washing services. The University intends to select two (2) vendors to perform this service. The range of pressure washing shall consist of various washing services but not limited to, interior, exterior windows, doors, roofs, awnings, parking lot pavements, sidewalks, stoops. Pressure washing shall remove all foreign material include but not limited to bugs, bug droppings, mold, mildew, oil, grease, and dirt. Fences, gates, signage, markers, stairs, railings, etc. that are part of the University’s buildings could be included in the work.
