Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. The purpose of this RFP is to establish Master Agreements with qualified bidders, to provide Cloud and Software Solutions for all Participating States. The resulting Master Agreement contract(s) for the new Cloud and Software Solutions portfolio will provide Participating Entities with access to technical capabilities, software, hardware, and solutions that run in either the cloud or locally hosted, on-premises environments, meeting the NIST Essential Characteristics. This RFP is open to both Direct Service Providers and Value-added Resellers. There are four categories available for award: 1. Software as a Service (SaaS), 2. Platform as a Service (PaaS), 3. Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), and 4. On-Premises.
