• Development of a community outreach program for Somerset County, with a particular focus in areas of underserved communities. • Develop targeted universe for outreach in each municipality or region and identify the required number of door-to-door, phone, and text shifts needed to conduct outreach. • Provide all Recruitment, Hiring, Training, Oversight, and Payment of Door-to-Door Canvassers and Phone Bank/Text Bank Participants. • Provide all needed technology platforms to run door-to-door, phone, and text-based outreach programs. • Manage the Creation and Printing of all Program Materials utilizing information, templates, and materials provided by the County. • Provide all needed supplies for door-to-door, phone, and text-based outreach. • Provide for multilingual outreach capability where necessary and appropriate throughout Somerset County communities. • Provide for reporting of program progress on an established and regular basis showing both quantitative and qualitative measurements of progress.
