The purpose of this Bid Solicitation is to solicit Quotes for a Contractor to act as a Fiscal Agent to manage Authorization Authority for multiple separate Funding Sources (FS), create programming of benefit packages for Substance Use Disorder (SUD) treatment and Enhancement Services, accepts transmission of Provider Agency credentialing data, process claims, make payments, issue 1099s to network Provider Agencies, track service utilization Client data, and produce reports that will serve the DMHAS SUD Fee for Service (FFS) Initiatives network. The awarded Contractor will need to work with the current Contractor and DMHAS to transition the existing fiscal intermediary processes into the replacement Fiscal Agent System (System) that shall be developed.
