Amendment shall include a revised master plan drawing and substantive current support information, as needed, to depict and describe where relevant circumstances have changed that support the proposed amendment such as changed water use and site hydrology and changed pedestrian and vehicular traffic patterns and impacts. B. Site Plan Application 1. Civil, landscaping, and other pertinent documents for the Phase 2 Project Area described in Appendix B to comply with Bozeman Unified Development Code Division 38. 230 including but not limited to providing ample information and designs to ensure that the new phase ties into existing improvements and provides logical completion of the area between the Phase 2 and existing/ planned Phase 1 areas.
