As a cabinet-level department, the ADECE seeks proposals for a professional services provider to support and conduct a needs assessment, strategic planning, and staff leadership development. This project has, at minimum, the following activities and specifications: 1. Conduct a targeted follow-up needs assessment and update the ADECE strategic plan; 2. Facilitate the development of measures of effectiveness of the strategic plan; 3. Implement activities that support the strategic plan, based on needs assessment, including collaboration, coordination, and quality improvement activities among existing programs; 4. Conduct leadership development activities in support of implementation of Strategic Plan goals and objectives; and 5. Conduct planning session(s), including instructional implementation, coordination, and communications.
