1. HACC requires certified mover/contractor to relocate approximately 260-500 HACC households/families throughout the term of contract primarily within the city or county limits of Camden; however, some moves may require moves within 50 miles of Camden City limits. Relocation occurs from one HACC property to another, as well as to “private market” residential units. 2. HACC requires the Contractor to: load; transport by truck; off load; and, distribute resident’s property at the destination. HACC may require Contractor to pack, unpack and distribute HACC designated resident’s property. 3. HACC’s Procurement Officer shall designate a Contract representative and thereby notify the contractor within 4 calendar days prior to the move date with the following information: • Resident’s name, point of origin and destination address; • Type of service description required, (studio,1,2,3, and 4 bedrooms); • When HACC plans to move 10 or more households per day, HACC will convene a pre-move conference requiring contractor’s attendance. 4. HACC requires Contractor to sanitize moving trucks prior to the start of each moving day and after each tenant move. 5. HACC requires Contractor to transport/resident each tenant separately. No mixing families. 6. Contractor shall provide move date and time no more than 1 week from time of request for normal service. 7. Contractor shall be able to provide emergency moving service on a “as needed” basis. 8. All schedule moves shall take place between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM. With last pickups no later than 2:00 PM
