The Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS or Department) seeks to obtain competitive bids for parking area paving improvements at multiple locations within Indian Lake State Forest located in Silver Springs, Florida and Ross Prairie State Forest located in Dunnellon, Florida, according to the technical specifications set forth herein. This Invitation to Bid (ITB) and all activities leading toward the anticipated issuance of a Construction Project Agreement between Owner and Contractor are conducted pursuant and subject to Chapters 255, and 287, Florida Statutes (F.S.), and Rule 60D-5, Florida Administrative Code (F.A.C.). This solicitation will be administered through the Vendor Information Portal (VIP). Bidders interested in submitting a bid must comply with all terms and conditions described in this solicitation. It is the intent of the Department to make a single award, or no award, as determined to be in the best interest of the state.
