Subject to the approval and direction of the Mayor and Council, the successful firm or individual shall: a. Prepare or cause to be prepared, plans, designs and specifications for public works projects and improvement. b. Provide and maintain surveys, maps, plans, specifications and control records with respect to public works projects in the Township. c. Provide technical, engineering and planning advice and assistance to the Mayor and Council and Township Administrator as requested. d. Attend Governing Body meetings as requested. e. Prepare, review and approve construction plans and specifications for all capital improvement projects as directed by the Township Administrator. f. Respond to resident concerns when a public works project or improvement impacts their property.
