Minor site adjustments to accommodate addition of new library wing. 5. Renovation of existing portions of library, including new mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, new doors, new finishes, and new roof including drainage. 6. Provision of a new building addition, including concrete foundations, slabs and walls; wood structural framing including flooring, walls and roof; new partitions, doors and windows; casework, cabinets, shelving and countertops; finishes, signage; mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems; roof assembly; bathroom accessories, residential appliances; new exterior PVC deck including deck structure, foundation, rails and stairs.
