02.A- The scope of the work for this project includes the construction of a running track, field events and artificial turf field at the Manchester High School. The work includes, but is not limited to, the following: Demolition, grading, storm drainage, and construction of an artificial turf football field. 03.A- Each bid shall be submitted on the prescribed BID FORM. All blank spaces for bid prices must be filled in, in ink or typewritten, in both words and figures, and the certification shall be completed and executed when submitted. No modifications to the bid form allowed 04.A- At the time and place noted above, the bids for the project will be publicly opened and read. No extension of the bidding period will be made.
