The scope of work associated with this Request for Qualifications and Proposals (RFQ & RFP) is delivery of construction services for Harlem High School, 1070 Appling Harlem Road, Harlem, Georgia 30814 for the Columbia County School District (CCSD). At this time, it is anticipated that CCSD will contract with the selected firm for construction services for demolition, sitework and building construction. However, CCSD reserves the right to consider other contracting strategies at any time during this process. Construction services will include all elements related to site and building for the construction of the project. Work will include, but is not limited to, demolition, site work, concrete flatwork and foundations, structural steel, exterior and interior masonry, roofing, doors, windows, hardware, finishes, specialties, cooler/freezer, plumbing, HVAC, fire protection, electrical systems, and athletic facilities and interior renovations.
