Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. Hillsborough County intends to recommend a contract modification to an existing noncompetitive contract (20651) with Huber Technology, Inc., increasing contract amount by $100,000.00, from $493,187.50 to $593,187.50 for the Water Resources Department. This modification is requested to ensure continuity of services through the end of the agreement term. This procurement is being made in accordance with Sections 3-208(2)(8) of the County’s Procurement Policy as the particular items and services are required to maintain interchangeability and compatibility of the existing equipment, and the material and services are the subject of a contract modification only reasonably available from one (1) source, therefore it would not be practical to engage another vendor.
