Moving Services The Alabama Department of Public Health seeks a mover to relocate furniture/cabinets for Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP). CHIP is located at: RSA Tower, 201 Monroe Street, Montgomery, Alabama 36104. The following will need to be disassembled and moved from Office 488 to Office 412 and reassembled: 1 Hutch 1 Desk with Left Return 1 Right Return with File The following will need to be disassembled and moved from office 412 (4th floor of building) to the basement in the building. The use of a freight elevator will be available to use to move the furniture between floors. 1 Desk with Right Return 1 Hutch 1 Lateral File 1 Cabinet The furniture will need to be moved as soon as possible but will be scheduled between the awarded vendor and CHIP. Please quote one price for moving everything and include all labor, transportation, etc. Moving of furniture must be done by vendor and no sub-contracting.
