Control Systems Support Service Specifications: Monthly preventive and routine maintenance of the following Control Systems located at the Traffic Management Center complex Programable Logic Controller (PLC) Human Machine Interface (HMI) Historian Components Monthly data backup services to include the following; Transportation Operation Performance System (TOPS) software Factory Talk Diagnostic Database Factory Talk Server Systems Configuration Factory Talk ALDOT Application Factory Talk Server Event Logs Factory Talk Client Event logs Historian Database Biannual Hardware inspection of the following systems; Bankhead Tunnel Wallace Tunnel I-10 Bayway Cochrane Bridge Bayou La Batre Bridge Application Development and Updates for the following; Transportation Operation Performance System (TOPS) software Software Application to manage and automate Ferry Dynamic Message signs Programable Logic Controller (PLC) for all locations mention above Historian Database All Monthly maintenance tasks shall be performed within the first week of the month. All data backup files shall be copied to a dedicated, redundant external hard drive A monthly maintenance report shall be provided once all maintenance items are completed All biannual hardware inspections will be scheduled per ALDOT Support Services will be billed hourly according to the following line items Line 1: Bankhead Tunnel Software Maintenance and Support Software Line 2: Wallace Tunnel Software Maintenance and Support Software Line 3: Bayway Cochrane Bridge Software Maintenance and Support Software Line 4: Mobile Ferry Software Maintenance and Support Software Line 5: TOPS/ITS PLC Software Maintenance and Support Software Line 6: TOPS/Tunnel PLC Software Maintenance and Support Software Line 7: Bayou La Batre Bridge PLC Software maintenance and Support Software All Hardware provided will be billed according to standard markup as bid for the following line items.
