1. Render opinion regarding the validity and binding effect of bonds, the source of payment and security for the bonds and the excludability of interest on the bonds from gross income for federal tax purposes. 2. Prepare and review of documents necessary or appropriate to the authorization, issuance, sale and delivery of the bonds, coordination of the authorization and execution of the documents 3. Provide legal research or advisory opinions when needed 4. Review legal issues relating to bond issue 5. Assist Borough with dealing with bond rating agencies 6. Represent Borough in any litigation resulting from bonds 7. Keep Borough informed of any changes to municipal bond law 8. Available to attend meeting of Governing Body when required
