A. Provide and Maintain the official tax assessment maps of the Borough B. Prepare, or cause to be prepared, plans, designs and specifications for public works projects and improvements. C. Approve the design and construction of improvements in land subdivisions and developments which are subject to acceptance by the Borough Council for maintenance purposes. D. Serve as soil removal officer of the Borough, and, in such capacity, administer and enforce provision of Borough code E Serve as Zoning Officer of the Borough, and, in such capacity, administer and enforce provision of Borough code should a conflict of interest arise within the borough F. Perform all the duties required by all applicable statutes and regulations of the State of New Jersey and the ordinances, resolutions and regulations of the Borough. G. Prepare, review and approve construction plans and specifications for all capital improvement projects as directed by the Borough Administrator H. Prepare reports and provide advice to the Mayor and Council regarding issues that arise that include but are not limited to regulations, legislation and ordinance; I. Interact with the Borough’s Administration on related issues; J. When requested by the Mayor and Council, reply to inquiries from residents and/or commercial enterprises; K. Attend regular, special, and Executive Session meetings as requested by the Mayor and Council. L. Provide office hours as requested by Borough Administrator M. Complete and submit grant application as requested by the governing body N. Must have a licensed LSRP on staff to oversee the remediation of municipal contaminate sites in accordance with the NJDEP applicable standards, and to maintain all papers, documents, and reports relating to the administration of duties and to prepare and provide detail reports and studies requested by the Mayor and Council.
