A. Provide and maintain the water and sanitary system maps in GIS format including hosting of the system maps to allow routine updates B. Prepare or cause to be prepared, plans and design specifications for water and sanitary improvements associated with the distribution system and conveyance system C. Prepare or cause to be prepared, plans and design specification for the sanitary pump stations D. Approve the design and flow / demand calculations associated with land development projects including COAH projects E. Prepare reports and provide advice to the Utility Department and Mayor and Council regarding issues that arise that include but are not limited to regulations, legislation and ordinance F. Assist the Mayor and Council and the Borough’s Administration in contract review with the water purveyor and wastewater treatment facility G. Maintain and track existing water allocation and wastewater capacity in relation to the reviewed and approved land development projects H. Interact with the Borough’s Administration on related issues. I. Assist the Borough with identification of funding sources and assistance in securing funding for applicable water and sanitary projects J. When requested by the Mayor and Council, reply to inquiries from residents and/or commercial enterprises. K. Assist the Mayor and Council and Borough’s Administration in the development of annual Capital Improvement Projects and budgetary estimates. L. Perform all the duties required by all applicable statues and regulation of the State of New Jersey and the ordinances, resolutions and regulations of the Borough.
