Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Raleigh Parks, Recreation and Cultural Resources Department will house staff in a temporary office trailer ahead of permanent facility opening at Dorothea Dix Park. The City requires proposer to enter a full-service contract for all requirements necessary to provide a temporary office trailer. The temporary office trailer will support expanding staff workspace ahead of completion of permanent facilities at Dorothea Dix Park, a 308-acre destination park adjacent to Downtown Raleigh. Proposer shall provide a “single-wide” mobile trailer featuring: • Two offices • Central meeting space • Restroom(s) per applicable codes • Power outlets • Network ports prewired. • Electrical panel/meter base or similar equipment as required • ADA-compliant access to exterior doors including but not limited to an aluminum ramp • ABS Pads acceptable if site conditions allow • Foundation skirting that matches trailer siding color • HVAC unit
