The vendor shall develop and implement a rekeying system for all mentioned buildings on the JCC campus. The system should follow the large format, removable core, 6-pin Yale SB keyway model that exists in the Student Success Center remodel, the Wood Building, and the Steam building. The contractor shall expand the existing Yale system and implement a master key program. The contractor shall provide master keys and change keys as follows: • Grandmaster (5) – keys per cylinder & change keys • IT Master (6) - keys per cylinder & change keys • Security Master (10) - keys per cylinder & change keys • Building Master (5) - keys per cylinder & change keys • Department Master (5) - keys per cylinder & change keys - • Classroom Master (5) - keys per cylinder & change keys • Office Master (5) - keys per cylinder & change keys • Controls (5) - keys per cylinder & change keys
