1. Oversee/manage program and Recipient participation a. Establish Cohort makeup and goals b. Implementation Plan: Create a comprehensive implementation plan outlining key milestones, timelines, and responsible parties 2. Design individualized training and assistance. Design comprehensive training modules and resources to address the specific needs of members of the cohort, including: a. Needs Assessment: Conduct a thorough needs assessment to identify the specific training and resource needs of cohort members b. Training Modules: Design and develop comprehensive training modules tailored to address the identified needs. These modules should cover various aspects of innovation and growth within the charter school sector and related to the innovative projects the schools are implementing through their grants, including but not limited to, reporting outcomes and sharing successes with the charter community. c. Resource Development: Create and compile resources, including guides, toolkits, and best practice documents, to support the training modules as determined in collaboration with SCSB staff d. Training Delivery: Implement a schedule for delivering the training modules through workshops, webinars, and other appropriate formats 3. Track Recipient participation and monitor progress on an individual level 4. Provide networking opportunities Plan, organize, and conduct networking events and collaboration among Recipients to foster a supportive community of innovators a. Networking Events: Organize regular networking events, both virtual and inperson, to facilitate interaction and collaboration among cohort participants. These should occur at least bimonthly. For in-person events, the SCSB can host in its 200-person capacity conference room, located centrally in Sandy, Utah. b. Community Building: Foster a supportive community of innovators by encouraging ongoing communication and collaboration among participants 5. Serve as a resource on an as-needed basis a. Assist cohort members in evaluating the effectiveness of their innovative programs, and recommend adaptations to innovative programs as appropriate, in consultation with cohort members and the SCSB b. Act as a thought partner as Recipients navigate their Innovation efforts
