: The project generally includes construction to replace an existing overhead power line with new underground power line including: refeeding all existing electrical services, maintaining UDOT standards when working in UDOT row; trenching/rock sawing/ boring for new conduits as needed per terrain; trenching/patching asphalt/highway for new conduit where indicated, boring under wetlands and roadways where indicated on drawings; grading earthwork and building retaining walls for new sectionalized cabinets/transformers where indicated on drawings, removing existing overhead power line after switchover to underground, and reclamation of all affected areas. base bid: replace overhead powerline from AJ Peterson Park to start of Hardware Ranch’s main yard.
