The Winslow Township School District is requesting qualified respondents to provide two (2) mailroom equipment postage machines and rentals of the corresponding postage meters. Machines are to meet the new industry-wide technology standard, Intelligent Mail Idicia (IMI). Postage Machine at the Administration Building: Dimensions of current machine are below: The new machine should be approximate to these dimensions. o Length – 52.5” o Depth – 23.5” o Height – 24” Includes a Touch Screen o Screen should be at least a 10-inch display or larger Feeder Deck – Standard – Letter Mail and Flats Ability to process mixed mail while running it through the feeder deck Includes a feature to seal mail while running it through the feeder deck Includes a scale to weigh mail not able to go through the feeder deck o Scale should be able to weigh up to 15lbs, with a minimum weight of 5lbs.
