Hillsborough County Public Schools (“HCPS” or the “District”) seeks proposals from responsive, responsible vendors to establish a firm fixed unit of measure (UOM) price for commercial refrigeration and ice machine repair and preventive maintenance service shall include but is not limited to Student Nutrition Services (SNS) self-contained kitchens; concession stands, culinary arts, and nurses’ stations. To include but not limited to the following equipment: walk-in freezers, walk-in coolers, reach-in freezers, reach-in coolers, ice machines, milk boxes, open-air drink coolers, frost top serving counters, and cold pan serving counters. Vendors are to provide all labor, materials, supervision, staff, equipment, incidentals, and related items necessary to complete the work in accordance with the specifications throughout the District.
